上海市海洋经济可持续发展评价指标体系实证研究

Research on the Evaluation Index System for Sustainable Development of Shanghai Marine Economy

上海市海洋经济近十几年获得了极大地发展,海洋产业已成长为上海市的重要支柱产业之一,如何准确评价上海海洋经济可持续发展水平是个亟待解决的问题。因此,从海洋经济可持续发展内涵着手,结合历年上海市海洋经济的统计数据,运用主成分分析方法及均方差赋权法构建了一个反映上海市海洋经济可持续发展评价指标体系,并对上海海洋经济可持续发展的状况进行评价和总结。

Shanghai marine economy has made considerable progress and development in the last decade. Marine industries have become one of the most important pillar industries in Shanghai. But how to evaluate accurately the level of sustainable development of Shanghai marine economy is a problem that demands prompt solution. Whether the sustainable development of Shanghai marine economy would be sustained in the future is also uncertain. Based on the connotation of ocean economic sustainable development and years of economic statistics,the paper constructed an evaluation index system for sustainable development of Shanghai marine economy by using the principal component analysis and variance weighting methods. In the end,the paper evaluated the level of sustainable development of Shanghai marine economy in the last few years.
