Modernized national administration is the single choice for China＇s democratic and legal development in the time of transformation.From the perspective of good governance,this article discusses the connotation of modernized national administration,explores the influencing factors in China＇s national administration as well as the main focus of the reform,and proposes a clean and democratic national administration system for the construction of a civil and law-based society.
