摘要
通信市场白热化的竞争态势与客户消费观念的变化,促使运营商营销方式发生转变。体验营销作为一种有效的营销策略已经受到了通信运营商的普遍重视。分析了体验营销在通信新业务推广中的重要作用,提出新业务推广中体验营销的具体策略。
Fierce competition in the tele-com industry and changes of customers' consumption concept have contributed to the mode change of tele-com business.Experience marketing has been a more popular marketing strategy in tele-com business.This paper analyses the importance of experience marketing in the promotion of new tele-com business,proposes some strategies of experience marketing.
