摘要
在电子商务飞速发展的今天,"最后一公里"的包裹投递成为制约电商发展的最大问题,为此物流自助提货服务越来越受到电商以及物流行业的青睐。如何正确引导处于探索阶段的自提服务向更加完善的标准发展,已经成为了电商和物流行业亟待解决的重要项目。分析了自提服务产生的原因和发展状况,运用SWOT分析法对自提服务进行了深入分析,进而提出了相应的对策。
In the ear of expanding e-commerce,"the last one kilometer"package delivery has been the biggest obstacle to e-business.To solve the problem,e-business and logistics professionals prefer self-service delivery.As self-service delivery is still an emerging mode,it must be improved properly by e-business and logistics circles.This paper uses SWOT to analyze the rise and development of self-service delivery and suggests some countermeasure.
