GA_3对东方百合主要经济性状的影响

Effect of GA_3 on economic characters of Lilium oriental Hybrids

以东方百合2个切花品种‘西伯利亚’(Siberia)、‘索蚌’(Sorbonne)和1个盆花品种‘八点后’(After eight)为试材,采用蕾期喷施GA3的方法,探索不同质量浓度GA3对东方百合株高、茎粗、花蕾大小、采收期和瓶插寿命的影响.结果表明:蕾期喷施质量浓度为0.40 g/L的GA3能显著增加‘西伯利亚’和‘八点后’的株高;喷施质量浓度为0.20 g/L的GA3对‘索蚌’的株高具有显著增加作用;喷施质量浓度为0.20 g/L的GA3对增加‘西伯利亚’的花苞长度、花苞直径和茎粗效果明显;喷施质量浓度为0.40 g/L的GA3能促进‘西伯利亚’提早上市,并延长其切花瓶插期;喷施各种质量浓度的GA3对‘索蚌’和‘八点后’的花苞长度、花苞直径、茎粗、采收期及瓶插期均没有明显影响.说明GA3对植物花期等的调节作用因基因型而不同.

Three Lilium oriental varieties（＂Siberia＂,＂Sorbonne＂ and ‘After eight’） were used as materials to study the regulation of GA3 on lily growth,flowering and vase life by spraying on the plants.The results showed that spraying GA3 solution by 0.40 g/L can increase the plant height of ‘Siberia’ and ‘After eight’,but for ‘Sorbonne’ 0.20 g/L GA3 can do it.The bud length,bud diameter and stem diameter of ‘Siberia’ were increased by 0.20 g/L GA3,compared to the control.Spraying 0.40 g/L GA3 solution also made the flowering of ‘Siberia’ ahead and prolong its vase life.However,to ‘Siberia’ and ‘After eight’,there were not significant change on bud length,bud diameter,stem diameter flower time and vase life.
