摘要
目前,轮任管理在部队院校人才培养方式的探索中遇到了困境。面对中队干部认识不高、学员参与度不高等现象,动力机制的建构成了一个亟须解决的现实问题。
At present,the post management training mode exploration encountered difficulties in the army colleges. In the face of squadron cadres awareness is not high,student participation is not high,the dynamic mechanism of the constructed a realistic problem to be solved.
