摘要
《民事诉讼法》案例教学可以采取"一条主线,两大课堂,三个层次"模式,通过使用全真案例,把课堂塑造成社会,为学生提供一个真实的、生动的社会场景,实现教学情境亲历化和教学内容生成化,以培养学生的法律职业能力。这是一种真实的、真正的法律职业能力培养模式,能有效地提高法律人才培养质量。
The case teaching mode for "Civil procedure law" is based on the idea that with "a main line,two classrooms, and three levels" students are situated in a close to the site teaching environment. Through experiencing a close to authentic case training, their professional competence may be developed. This is a true case experiencing training mode and may improve teaching effect efficiently.
