企业的知识产权管理是一个系统工程,其有效的运转有赖于科学的管理体制,这就需要企业建立一套行之有效的知识产权管理体系。从我国现阶段企业知识产权管理现状入手,针对企业知识产权管理的主要任务、如何加强知识产权管理、企业应规范哪些知识产权管理以及企业知识产权管理人员应具备的基本素质等方面进行分析,为企业建立健全知识产权管理工作提供了有效的参考依据。

Enterprise intellectual property management is a systematic program. Its effective operation depends on the scientific management and requires the setting up of an effective intellectual property management system in enterprises. This article focused on current situation of enterprise intellectual property management in China and discussed the topics of main tasks of enterprise intellectual property management,how to strengthen the management of intellectual property rights,how to standardize intellectual property management and what basic qualities should the personnel possess,aiming to provide reference to the setting up and improvement of property rights management in enterprises.
