A Tentative Study on Enhancing the Scientificalness in the Editing and Publishing of Academic Journals

为进一步增强大学学报编辑出版的科学性,编辑应当研究世界经济文化的发展与变化;应该具备学科综合意识;应该借鉴自然科学学术刊物的办刊理念经验。学报的数字化与构建中国特色的学报评价理论是增强学报编辑出版科学性的着力点之一。

In order to enhance the scientificalness in the editing and publishing of academic journals in universities, editors should study the development and changes about the world economy and culture. Besides, they should draw lessons from the concept of scientific publications and make academic journals more well-known. The digitalization of academic journals and the constructing of appraisal theory with Chinese characteristics of academic journals are the key points of achieving this target.
