摘要 异步电机间接矢量控制解耦的关键在于转子时间常数准确。针对控制系统中转子时间常数不准确的情况,利用向量关系图,分析了励磁电流与转矩电流之间的耦合性及其对电磁转矩的影响。定量分析了转子时间常数不同引起转子磁链、转矩电流比变化的规律,进而提供了一种利用转矩电流比变化趋势判断转子时间常数准确性的方法。对不同转子时间常数在负载变化时的仿真和实验情况进行了分析,结果验证了理论分析的正确性。 The accurate rotor time constant is the key to induction motor indirect vector decoupled control. Concerning the rotor time constant of the control system is not accurate, the coupling between the excitation current and torque current ratio and the effect on electromagnetic torque was analyzed with the help of vector diagram. The variation of rotor flux and torque current ration caused by the different rotor time constant were also quantitative analyzed, and a method to using the change trend of the torque current ratio to judge the accuracy of rotor time constant was proposed. Simulations and experiments are provided to analyze the different rotor time constant when the load changes, and the results verify the validity of the theoretical analysis.
