HPLC法测定金松止痒洗液中梣酮的含量

HPLC determination of fraxinellone in Jinsongzhiyang lotion

目的：建立金松止痒洗液中梣酮的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法,以Zorbax XDB-C18为分析柱（4.6mm×150mm,5μm）,甲醇-水（60∶40）为流动相,流速1ml·min^-1,检测波长为236nm。结果：梣酮在0.02-0.25μg线性关系良好（R=0.9999）,平均加样回收率为98.51%,RSD为0.91%（n=6）。结论：本法准确、简便、重复性好,可作为金松止痒洗液的质量控制方法。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of fraxinellone in Jinsongzhiyang lotion.Methods methanol-water （60∶40）,the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1,and the deterring wavelength was 236nm.Results The linear range of gaillic acid was from 0. 02μg to 0. 25μg （R=0. 9999）.The average recovery rate was 98. 51%,RSD was 0. 91% （n=6）.Con-lusion The method was accurate and simple with high repeatablility,which can be used for the qualtity control of Jinsongzhiyang lo-tion.
