摘要
目的:用近红外(NIR)光谱鉴别中药材青皮及其伪品。方法:用NIR光谱仪对不同产地的青皮药材粉末进行扫描,用导数光谱法处理原始图谱,设定CI值为3.03,建立青皮NIR光谱一致性模型,并用该模型验证陈皮伪品,结合薄层色谱法对上述药材真伪进行复核并进行聚类分析。结果:正伪品的NIR光谱存在较大差异,但薄层色谱正品与伪品的斑点差异不大,而正伪品之间的斑点却有浓度差异。结论:NIR包含的信息全面,用近红外(NIR)光谱鉴别青皮的真伪,快捷、可靠,可以在快检车上推广并用于药材的聚类分析。而TLC不能将青皮所有组分完全分离,需要选择特征斑点作为药材鉴别和聚类分析的依据。
Objective Identify Green Tangerine Peel and its confusable varieties by NIRS.Method Scan green tangerine peel pow-der of various origins by NIR spectrometer,process primary spectrum by first-derivative spectroscopy,set the value of CI as 3. 03,es-tablished NIR spectrum consistency model of green tangerine peel and validate this model by confusable varieties,check the authenticity of the TCM material above and do cluster analysis combine with TLC and NIR.Result There is considerable differentia among Green Tangerine Peel and its confusable varieties,which exist in TLC but can not differentiate green tangerine peel of various origins ,NIR is appropriate for cluster analysis.Conclude NIR is a convenient and reliable method for rapid identification of Green Tangerine Peel and its confusable varieties,which can also be popularize in drug rapid testing vehicles.
