摘要
开展员工德育培训对于员工和企业的发展都具有重要意义。目前,企业员工德育培训还存在企业对员工德育培训认识存在偏差、员工积极性不高、培训方式单一、培训评估机制不完善等问题。可以通过转变企业态度、激发员工积极性、选择适宜培训内容、采用多种培训形式、完善评估机制等措施促进企业员工德育培训的有效开展。
