Study on Balance of Ethylene System after Service Ending of 1^# Ethylene Plant and Emergency Countermeasures

中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司原有乙烯系统总体产耗关系为耗略大于产,缺口部分主要通过上海赛科石油化工有限责任公司供应和外购进行弥补。2013年11月1#烯烃装置永久停役后,乙烯总体供应缺口增加,乙烯供输系统发生了变化。对1#烯烃装置永久停役后乙烯系统的产耗平衡和供需平衡进行了分析,提出了事故状态下的应对策略。

In SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited, the general relationship between output and consumption of original ethylene system was consumption exceeded output slightly, and the gap was filled mainly through supply of Shanghai Secco Company Limited and external purchasing. In November of 2013, after permanent service ending of 1^# ethylene transportation system of ethylene was changed plant, the overall supply gap for ethylene increased, and the Analysis was made on production - consumption balance and supply - demand balance of the ethylene system after service ending of I i# ethylene plant, and the emergency countermeasures were raised in case of accidents.
