摘要 常减压蒸馏装置是炼油企业的用能大户,节能降耗显得尤为重要。分析了常减压装置的能耗情况,介绍了提高换热终温和加热炉效率、减少蒸汽及电消耗、实施装置热联合等节能降耗方法,以期为炼化企业常减压装置节能改造提供参考。 As refining atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit takes a large proportion of energy consumption in petroleum enterprises, energy conservation and consumption reduction is of great importance. The energy consumption situation of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit was analyzed, and various methods for energy conservation and consumption reduction were introduced, including improving final temperature of heat exchange and efficiency of heating furnace, reducing consumption of steam and power, and conducting heat integration among different plants, so as to provide reference for energy conservation transformation of atmospheric and vacuum plant of petroleum and chemical enterprises.
