摘要 对C9-C10馏分的组成进行了分析,提出了提高其附加值的综合利用路线,阐述了C9-C10馏分在解聚分离制备环戊二烯和甲基环戊二烯等基础原料、聚合制备C9石油树脂、加氢做溶剂油和调和油及切割分离后的再利用等方面的生产工艺和发展现状,对C9-C10馏分各种利用方法的可行性和优缺点作出了总结论述,指出了C9-C10馏分综合利用的广阔前景,并根据原料来源的具体情况对C9-C10馏分的进一步利用进行了展望并提出了建议。 Based on analysis of the constituents of C9 -C10 fractions, a comprehensive utilization route for improving its added value was raised. The production processes and development status of some utilization methods of C9 C10 fractions were illustrated, including producing cyclopentadiene and methyl cyclopentadiene through depolymerization, production of C9 petroleum resin through polymerization, production of solvent oil and blending oil through hydrogenation, and recycling after cutting and separation, and feasibilities, advantages and disadvantages of each method were summarized and discussed. The good prospect of comprehensive utilization of C9 - C10 fractions were pointed out,and proposals were raised on the further utilization of C9 - C10 fractions in the future based on the contract situation of material sources.
