摘要
滚动轴承是引风机的重要部件,及时准确地分析其状态、诊断其故障意义重大。将传统的听觉诊断、简易测振与点检系统、振动高频滤波检测法等多种检测手段相结合,采用不同人员分层次地进行分析诊断,不仅能做到及时、准确的诊断,也实现了对轴承故障所处阶段的准确判断,对排除轴承故障和延长轴承使用寿命均有现实意义。
Rolling bearing is an important part of draft fan, and it is of great significance to timely and accurately analyze its situation and diagnose its malfunctions. It proposed the diagnosis method of combining various detecting measures, including traditional acoustic diagnosis, simple vibration measurement and checkup system, and high frequency filter detection method with different person and multiple levels, which could not diagnose the malfunctions timely and accurately, but also realize accurate determination of the stage of bearings malfunctions, and was of great practical significance for repairing the malfunctions and prolonging service time of bearings
