摘要
从学校档案管理对校园文化、健康发展、人才吸引等方面的重要性进行论述，以此为基础，以唤醒学校重视校园档案管理。
The aim of this paper is to discuss the importance of archives administration in school which has an influence on school culture, sound development, talented persons attraction, and so on. Based on this study, the school can attach great importance to archives administration.
