基于分层教学法的初中英语教学探究

每个学生都存在着个体差异，对知识的理解、分析、吸收的认知能力也会有所不同，所以，因材施毅，进行分级教：学，是十分有必要的，教师要根据学生的具体情况制订教学方案。分层教学法是一种分层阶梯式的课堂组织形式，可以针对不同层次水平的学生采取相应的教学策略，使各阶段学生的英语水平都能够得到提升，进而提升初中英语整体的教学质量。

Each student has individual differences, so the understanding of knowledge, analysis and absorption of cognitive ah^ilitieS will be different.There Fore, teaching students according to their aptitude and taking grade teaching is essential. Teacher should make the teaching plan according to the specific situation of the students. Layered teaching method is a kind of layered cascade form of class organization, can take the corresponding teaching strategies according to different levels of students, then make each stage of the student＇s English level to be able to get promoted, thus improve the whole of the junior middle school English teaching quality.
