摘要
针对青年教师教学研习过程中遇到的共同性问题，对教学设计、教学呈现形式及教学结果三大方面进行了思考，通过对典型课例的研究及反思实际教学中遇到的问题，进行了举例对照分析并提出了五点细节建议，即一节内容的逻辑、过渡语及问题的拟设、知识的呈现、教学难点的把握与突破、学生的获得。
This paper presents a few thoughts on the three aspects of the teaching, namely, the design of teaching, presentation of teaching and the outcome of teaching on the common problems raised up during the teaching process of the young teachers.After a detailed case study and a deep reflection of the actual teaching scene,the author put forward five suggestions which are the logic of the teaching contents, the pre-set questions and interlanguages, the presentation of the knowledge,the acknowledgment and breakthrough of the difficult points in teaching and the students＇ obtainment of the knowledge.
