Countermeasures Study on Poverty Relief and Development in Fujian under the Background of the New Standard for Poverty Relief

2011年国家扶贫新标准的实施,标志着我国扶贫开发进入了新阶段。该文在国家扶贫新标准实施的背景下,总结了福建省扶贫开发的历程,分析了国家扶贫新标准下福建相对贫困问题的表现,并通过实证研究探讨了福建省扶贫开发的对策思考。

The implementation of the new standard for the national poverty relief in 2011 marked poverty relief and development entering the new stage in China.Under the background of the implementation of the new standard for poverty relief,this paper summarized the development history of poverty relief and development in Fujian,analyzed the problem manifestation of poverty relief and development.And by using the method of empirical research,the countermeasures of poverty relief and development in Fujian were discussed.
