摘要
医院的人事部门看似影响力不大,但却起着承上启下的作用,于是在社会新形势之下,也对医院的人事部门的执行力提出了更新更高的要求。本研究则对如何提升医院人事部门的执行能力一事做出了简要的分析探讨。
