On guiding the college students practicing the socialist core values

当代大学生,要担负起祖国和历史的重任,承载起民族和未来的希望,就需要树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,践行社会主义核心价值观,把自己发展为德智体美全面发展的高素质人才。要做到这一点,就要在大学生的思想教育上下功夫,引导大学生积极投身社会实践,营造浓厚校园文化学习氛围,让大学生自觉建立为实现社会主义现代化和中华民族伟大复兴做贡献的理想信念和付诸行动的决心。

To shoulder the motherland and history’s burden, to fulfill the nation and future’s expectation, the contemporary college students should make correct views of the world, of life and of value, practicing the socialist core value, developing themselves as quality talents morally, intelligently, and physically. To achieve this, we should make effort on moral education of the students, guiding them to participate into the social practice and cultivating typical campus culture, making the students determined consciously to contribute and act to realize the socialist modernization and the national revival.
