医院感染与小儿内科的相关护理研究

THE RESEARCH OF PEDIATRIC MEDICAL CARE RELATED WITH HOSPITAL-ACQUIRED INFECTIONS

目的探讨医院感染和小儿内科的相关护理措施和效果。方法选取2012年1—6月进行治疗的74例患儿为对照组,2013年1—6月治疗的74例患儿为观察组,观察组实施医院感染管理控制措施,对照组没有执行医院感染管理控制措施,对二组患儿的医院感染发生率、病死率、满意度进行对比分析,总结医院感染和小儿内科相关护理的措施和效果。结果对照组74例患儿中有31例发生医院感染,占41.89%,死亡6例,占8.11%,满意度为50%。观察组74例患儿中有5例发生医院感染,占6.76%,无死亡病例,患者满意度为93.24%。结论对小儿内科的医院感染进行有效的控制,可以使医疗的质量得到提高,对患儿的生命安全起到保护作用。

Objective To investigate pediatric medical care related with hospital- acquired infections and e- valuate their effectiveness. Methods From January 9.012 to June 2012, 74 patients were treated as the con- trol group, from January 2013 to June 2013, another 74 cases of children were treated as the experimental group. The nosocomial infection management and control measures were performed in the experimental group, while the control group only received a routine management, then the nosocomial infection inci- dence, mortality, patients＇satisfaction were compared between the two groups, and the effect of the pediat ric medical care measures was also evaluated. Results In the control group, , 31 of 74 cases occurred nos- ocomial infection, accounting for 41.89%, 6 deaths, accounting for 8.11%, satisfaction was 500/00. Chil- dren in the experimental group, 5 of 74 cases were nosocomial infection, accounting for 6.76%, no deaths, patients＇satisfaction reached to 93.24%. Conclusion The pediatric medical care is effective to control noso- comial infection in pediatric hospital, it can improve the quality of the medical care and protect the lives of children.
