移情护理对冠心病患者希望水平及生存质量的影响

INFLUENCE OF EMPATHY NURSING ON HOPE LEVEL AND QUALITY OF LIFE IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE

目的冠心病患者护理中应用移情护理,观察与分析其对患者希望水平和生存质量的影响。方法将70例冠心病患者按照抽签方式分组为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组实施常规护理;观察组于对照组护理基础上采用移情护理。统计与比较二组患者护理前、后生存质量和希望水平及负面情绪变化情况。结果护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分分别为(27.58±7.69)分、(30.14±8.52)分;对照组分别为(37.97±8.27)分、(38.97±10.25)分;二组较护理前比较(P<0.05);而观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。二组患者护理后希望水平总分及各维度评分均明显高于护理前(P<0.05);二组患者生存质量评分均明显改善,但观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床冠心病护理中应用移情护理可有效改善患者负面情绪和希望水平,提高患者生存质量。

Objective To explore the effect of empathy nursing care on hope level and quality of life of pa- tients in the patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Totally 70 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to draw by lot, 35 eases in each. The control group received routine nursing; the observation group received empathy nursing care based on the control group. The survival quality and level of hope and negative mood changes were com- pared in two groups of patients before and after nursing care. Results After nursing care, SAS, SDS score in the observation group were （27.58 ± 7.69） %, （30. 14 ±8.52）respectively, （37.97 ± 8.27） %, （38.97 ± 10.25） in the control group; moreover they were better than before nursing care （P〈0.05）, and more better in the observation group than the control group （P〈0.05）.After nursing care, the hope level core and each domain score in two groups of patients was significantly higher than the before （P〈0.05）, same as in quality of life scores, but the scores were also higher in the observation group than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Empathy nursing care can effectively improve negative emotion, hope level and life quality in the patients with coronary heart disease.
