摘要
在圆锥式摩擦离合器动力学研究的基础上,以离合器"理想工作体积"最小为优化目标,建立其优化数学模型。针对圆锥式摩擦离合器主要设计参数的模糊性,应用模糊综合评判方法对此类离合器进行优化设计。计算实例表明,优化设计的工作体积明显减少,该优化设计方法为圆锥式摩擦离合器的性能研究提供了一定的理论基础。
Based on the dynamics research, an optimum mathematical model of cone type friction clutch is established with the working space for the optimization objective. Aiming at the fuzzy factor a- nalysis of some important design parameters, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to optimize this clutch. It is shown by calculation that the working space can be obviously decreased by optimization. Therefore, this optimization method provides the theoretical foundation to research the performance of cone friction clutch.
