摘要
长期以来,2K-H负号差动轮系传动效率理论推导值较高,而实际使用中减速器周转轮系部分的功率损失较大。试图将理论推导与实际应用相结合,浅谈一下影响铸造起重机主起升减速器用2K-H负号差动轮系实际传动效率的各种因素及因素所占权重,以求效率计算值更接近于实际值。
For a long time, the theoretical derivation value of the transmission efficiency of 2K--H negative differential gear train is high, however, there is large power loss of hoisting reducer epicyclic gear train in practice. The theoretical analysis and practical application is combined to discuss various factors and their proportion that impact the actual transmission efficiency of 2K--H negative differenti- al gear train in main hoisting reducer of ladle crane, aiming to make the calculated value is closer to actual value.
