摘要
以直线共轭内啮合齿轮泵为研究对象,推导了瞬时流量公式,并通过实验验证了该瞬时流量公式的可靠性,又对该泵的啮合特性进行细致的研究,利用极值方法找出其瞬时流量的最大值及最小值,并结合经典的渐开线齿轮泵流量脉动率公式,推导出直线共轭内啮合齿轮泵的流量脉动率公式。分析了包括齿根高系数、齿形半角在内的因数对流量脉动的影响趋势,在MATLAB中绘制出了影响曲线,并直观地找出了最优化的齿根高系数,以利于进一步改进齿轮泵的传动平稳性。
Based on flow pulsation formula of the straight internal gear pump, the straight conjugate internal gear pump is studied, the instantaneous flow rate formula is derived and the reliability of the formula is verified by experiment. The maximum and minimum of the instantaneous flow are obtained after the analysis of engagement characteristic in detail and the formula for the flow pulsation is derived. The influence of factors such as dedendum coefficient and half profile angle on the pulsation are analyzed, the impact curves are plotted in MATLAB and the optional dedendum coefficient is obtained through the curves. It can help improve the transmission stability of the pump.
