摘要
搭建了基于ERA法的试验模态分析系统,在Coinv DASP MAS模态分析模块下对HW25505TCL型号齿轮箱进行了建模,采用单点激励多点响应法,对该齿轮箱进行锤击试验,对所采集数据进行分析处理,建立状态空间方程,通过ERA模态参数识别方法来提取模态参数进行定阶、拟合,获得了该齿轮箱的各阶模态参数,并采用振型相关矩阵进行模态验证。通过与计算模态比较,证明两者的有效性和可靠性,为进一步改进齿轮箱的结构特性以及基于模态分析的齿轮箱故障诊断等提供了理论依据。
Based on the method of ERA, a system of modal analysis is built, the model of HW25505TCL gearbox is set up under the Coinv DASP MAS modal analysis module. The relating modal datum are obtained by hammering test of single--input multi-- output analysis method, then the state--space equation is established after the analysis of modal datum. The various modal parameters of the gearbox are obtained by order selection and fitting of the datum which extracted through the method of ERA modal parameter identification, and by using modal correlation matrix, the modal test and veri fication are carried out. Through the comparison with calculating modal, the validity and reliability are proved. The theoretical basis for the improvement of the gear box structure characteristics and the fault diagnosis of gearbox is provided.
