摘要
采用基于非线性有限元的刚柔混合多体瞬态动力学方法对一曲柄滑块机构进行动力学仿真,在同时考虑材料、几何和碰撞接触等非线性条件下,求解曲柄滑块机构细长圆杆的动力学性能,为改进机构设计及提高细长圆杆的冲击强度提供必要的依据。
The transient dynamics method based on the nonlinear finite element is used for the simulation of a slider--crank mechanism with rigid and flexible body. The dynamic performances of the mechanism is achieved by considering the nonlinear condition of the materials, geometries and impact contact etc, which is useful for improving the design of the mechanism and enhancing the impact strength of the mechanism.
