基于降低摩擦力矩的圆锥滚子轴承结构优化及试验 被引量:6

Structure Optimization and Test of the Tapered Roller Bearing based on the Decrease of Friction Torque

摘要 以降低圆锥滚子轴承摩擦力矩为优化目标,运用遗传算法,得到轴承内部结构参数的全局最优解,并进行优化前后轴承的摩擦力矩测试、装车后的变速器传动效率台架试验和整车油耗与滑行距离试验。结果表明,优化后轴承的摩擦力矩降低,应用优化后轴承的变速器传动效率提高,整车油耗减少,滑行距离大幅增加。 With the target of reducing the friction torque of tapered roller bearing, the globally optimal solution of bearing inner structural parameters is obtained by using the genetic algorithm. The friction torque, gearbox transmission efficiency, and vehicle fuel consumption and sliding distance are tested before and after the bearings are optimized. The results show that, the bearing friction torque is reduced, the gearbox transmission efficiency is increased, and the vehicle fuel consumption is slightly decreased while the vehicle sliding distance is highly improved.
