摘要
针对极薄煤层爬底板采煤机存在的问题,结合爬底板和骑溜运行采煤机的特点,提出了采煤机机身通过过桥悬挂布置在煤壁侧的布置方式。过桥位于刮板输送机上面,一端是导向部,位于老塘侧;另一侧驱动部采用齿条式无链牵引,位于煤壁侧并和机身相连接。整个机身靠4个支撑脚一边支撑在铲板上,一边支撑在煤壁侧底板上,并沿底板运行。该新型悬机身极薄煤层双滚筒无链电牵引采煤既解决了爬底板采煤机单滚筒且不能调高、有链牵引易断链伤人和下滑、液压牵引机道操作不安全等一系列问题;同时克服了骑溜运行采煤机机面高度大,过煤、过机高度不够面临的薄煤层开采困难,为极薄煤层综合机械化开采开辟了新的途径。
For resolution of those problems of the floor climbing shearer and considering the mechanism of climbing floor and crossing the line pan of the machine, raise an installation of the shearer hung on the side of the coal face by the bridge. The bridge is riding on the line pan. On end of the bridge near the side of gob is the part of slide. The other end is the part of driver that dragging without chain and junction with the frame. Four supporting leg the machine has, both stepping on the ramp plate and the floor near the coal face, moving along the floor. Successful developing the Hanging body thin seam double drum without chain electric traction shearer re- solved the series defect of single drum without changing height in the installation of wholly climbing floor shearer, shearer sliding down by the break of chain, operator driving on the machine way without security, etc.. Moreover, it is overcame the straitened circum- stances of the shortage of the height for moving shearer or coal. It is developed a new way for fully mechanized mining in thin coal seam.
