摘要
兖矿新疆矿业有限公司硫磺沟煤矿回采的9~15号煤层平均厚度达34.11m,属巨厚煤层,采用综采放顶煤采煤法回采。在回采过程中因煤体硬度大、节理裂隙不发育,使顶煤冒落困难,顶煤回收率低。针对这一问题,该矿采取了在工作面上下巷中间布置专用工艺巷对顶煤进行深孔预裂爆破,以弱化煤体硬度和增加其裂隙,改善了顶煤的冒放性,提高了工作面的采出率,实现了高产高效。
