摘要
当前,慕课正以微视频和关联性的教学呈现形式、网络化和个性化的教学组织管理、建构主义和以学为本的教学价值取向、易获得性和商业推动的教育运作模式冲击着传统的高等教育领域,带来高校教师角色之变、能力结构之变、工作流程之变、专业发展路径之变。建议高校教师采取跟踪、跟进、跟跑的策略应对挑战,利用慕课服务教学。
Currently MOOCs have been challenging the traditional modes of higher education with their micro videos, connected forms, personalized teaching via information technology and the Internet, whose teaching values are in the students-oriented ’ learning and constructivism, accessibility and commercial modes of operation. This has resulted in changes in roles of college teachers, structure of their abilities, their work process and paths of their professional development. Therefore, it is suggested that college teachers should accept these challenges and adopt the following strategies:utilizing MOOCs in their teaching, participating in and promoting its application as well as making and providing MOOCs.
