摘要
目的研究分析血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)以及超敏C反应蛋白(hs—CRP)的水平同成人高血压之间的相关性。方法在2012年1月至2013年6月期间,选取我区200例成人高血压患者作为观察组,填写《高血压疾病临床调查问卷》,其内容主要由高血压的并发症,家族史,生活方式以及目前用药等方面组成,观察组中1级高血压53例,2级73例,3级74例。同时选取100例健康人群作为对照组,分别对两组人员进行血浆中的Hcy,hs—CRP含量以及血压进行测定,同时对原发性高血压患者血浆中的Hcy和hs—CRP的水平的变化进行研究分析,对其与高血压发生和发展等方面的关系进行探讨。结果通过相关检测,在血浆中的Hcy和hs—CRP含量方面对2组进行比较,观察组明显高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。在观察组中,随高血压分级上升,其血浆中的Hey和hs—CRP含量随之提升。其中2级与3级高血压患者血浆中的Hey和hs—CRP含量明显高于1级患者,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。对2级和3级患者的血浆中的Hcy和hs—CRP进行比较,3级患者明显高于2级,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论血浆中hs—CRP和Hcy水平与成人高血压呈现正相关,可对成人高血压的发生发展起到一定的预测作用,值得临床借鉴和推广。
Objective To study the correlation between plasma homocysteine (Hcy), hypersensitive c-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels and adult hypertension. Methods 200 cases of adult hypertension in our department from January 2012 to June 2013 were selected as observation group, who filled in hypertension disease clinical questionnaire, mainly including complications of hypertension, family history, lifestyle and the composition of current drugs. In observation group, there were 53 cases of grade 1 hypertension, 73 cases of grade 2, 74 cases of grade 3. At the same time 100 healthy people were selected as control group. Plasma Hcy, hs-CRP levels and blood pressure of two groups were measured, and changes of plasma Hcy and hs-CRP levels in patients with essential hypertension were analyzed, the relationship between them and the occurrence and development of hypertension was discussed. Results Plasma Hcy, hs-CRP levels in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, with statistically significant differences (P 〈 0.05). In observation group, plasma Hcy, hs-CRP levels increased with hypertension grade rise. Plasma Hcy, hs-CRP levels in patients with grade 2, 3 hypertension were significantly higher than those in patients with grade 1 hypertension, with statistically significant differences (P 〈 0.05); plasma Hcy, hs-CRP levels in patients with grade 3 hypertension were significantly higher than those in patients with grade 2 hypertension, with statistically significant differences (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Plasma Hcy, hs-CRP levels are positively related to adult hypertension, which can forecast the occurrence and development of adult hypertension, worthy of clinical promotion.
