从蔗糖资源化开发利用的角度,阐述了发展蔗糖深加工产品的优势,国内外蔗糖深加工产品发展趋势,提出了几种较具潜力的蔗糖深加工产品,以期为提高我国蔗糖产业竞争力作参考。
The development of sugar products for deep processing in advantages, domestic and foreign sugar development tendency was discussed in the paper, and it put forward several potential sucrose types as references for improving China's sugar industry.
