摘要
PBL是强调以疾病问题为基础,以学生为中心,实施小组讨论式的教学方法,其知识的获取主要依赖于学生学习的主动性。通过对美国加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)医学院课程的考察,发现传统的教学方式在医学教学中仍然有重要地位,多个阶段的反复强化记忆能有效地弥补PBL的不足之处,促进医学生扎实地掌握医学知识。PBL和其他教学方法相结合可能会成为我国高等医学教育未来发展的方向。
The internal medicine education of University of California in Los Angeles was investigated and traditional teaching method was still found to play an important role.Multiple staged memorizing method,a useful complimentary to problem-based learning,was very beneficial for medical students remember the medical knowledge.A combination of problem-based learning and traditional methods may be suitable for Chinese medical education in the future.
