基于课题研究的眼科研究生科研能力培养探索

Exploration on the Cultivation of Scientific Research Ability of Ophthalmic Postgraduates Based on Project Research

利用重点学科的科研优势,以课题为中心,采取导师组"四阶段一贯制"培养,通过选择导师、拟定科研训练计划、指导理论课程学习、参加课题研究、实验操作能力训练、课题设计能力训练、论文撰写能力训练以及对科研成果进行奖励与考核等方式,激发眼科研究生的探索求知精神和对科研工作的兴趣,使其科研能力得到锻炼和提高。

Using scientific research strengths of key discipline and focusing on project research,the ophthalmic postgraduates were cultivated under the guidance of the tutors via a continuous course of four-stage.The detailed training contents included selecting the tutor,drawing up aplan of scientific training,guiding the theoretical learning,participating research project,training operational capacity,enhancing the abilities of designing projects and writing papers,and rewarding the scientific research achievements.By those ways mentioned above,the spirit of exploration and learning and the interest of scientific research of ophthalmic postgraduates were aroused well and apparently made their scientific ability enhanced.
