科研活动在医学研究生培养中的作用

医学的进步和创新离不开医学领域的科学研究,我国医学研究生无论现在还是将来都是医学科学研究的重要主体之一。我国大学附属医院的研究生主要分为临床型和科研型两大类,其整体科研能力相对薄弱,因此,加强科研活动在研究生培养中的作用非常必要。根据攻读硕士及博士学位的经历和与研究生密切接触的体会,作者提出了对研究生加强科研培养的几点思考。

Medical progress and innovation cannot leave medical scientific research.No matter now or in the future medical postgraduates are one of the important subjects of medical scientific research.Postgraduates of university hospital in our country are divided into two types,clinical type and researchbased type.Their scientific research ability is relatively weak.It is very necessary to strengthen continuously scientific research activities in postgraduate training.According to the experience of studying for a master and doctor degree and contacting closely with postgraduates,author puts forward some thoughts on strengthening scientific research level of medical postgraduates.
