摘要
《营养与食品卫生学》是一门实用性很强的预防医学课程,运用以多媒体和网络技术为特征的现代教育技术构建的《营养与食品卫生学》网络课程,为学生提供了一种开放性、自主性、交互性和共享性的数字化学习平台,拓宽了学生获取知识的途径,增进了学生、教师间的合作学习与交流,弥补了传统课堂教学的不足,使教学质量显著提高。本文介绍了《营养与食品卫生学》网络课程构建的必要性,以及如何运用现代教育技术构建《营养与食品卫生学》课程的数字化学习平台。
Nutrition and Food Hygiene is a kind of useful and practical course,the network course of Nutrition and Food Hygiene constructed by using modern education technology provides an open,independent and reciprocal learning platform for students,which broadens the ways of obtaining knowledge by students,promotes the cooperation and communication between teachers and students,as well as makes up the shortage of traditional class teaching.In this paper,we introduce the essentiality of constructing the network course of Nutrition and Food Hygiene and how to use modern education technology to construct digitization learning platform of Nutrition and Food Hygiene course.
