摘要
教学管理是综合医院日常管理活动中不可或缺的组成部分,科学、高效的临床教师绩效评估体系正逐步成为显示医院教学管理工作先进与否的重要标志。本文通过运用综合评分法,设计绩效考核关键指标,并在此基础上建立新型考评计算公式,初步形成了一套较为系统的绩效考核模式。为日后完善综合医院教学绩效考核体系提供参考方法和策略依据。
Teaching management is an important part of general hospitals' daily management activities.Building the scientific and efficient clinical teacher assessment system is now becoming a symbol of hospital teaching management being advanced or not.By using comprehensive evaluation method,this article designs performance appraisal key indicators and establishes a new evaluation formula,which aims to initially form a systematic performance assessment pattern.By this way,it supposes to provide some methods and strategies to perfect clinical teacher assessment system in the future.
