摘要
利用遗传算法对大型梭车在运输物料的过程中主要参数进行优化。在满足梭车正常运输条件下,以梭车所需驱动功率最小作为梭车优化设计的目标函数,再结合梭车运输量等约束条件,借助遗传算法进行优化设计,达到降低梭车功耗的目的。
Using the genetic algorithm to optimized the main parameters of large shuttle car in the process of material transportation. Under normal transport conditions, meet the shuttle car to shuttle car driven power needed minimum as the objective function for optimal design of shuttle car, combining shuttle car traffic constraints, such as using genetic algorithm to optimize design, reduce the power consumption of the shuttle car.
