矿用宽压输入带过压保护红外发射器设计与仿真

摘要 为了提升自动跟机喷雾降尘系统中红外发射装置的可靠性和安全性,基于矿用本质安全型设备的国家标准,提出了矿用红外发射传感器555频率调制电路、红外发射驱动电路、宽压输入电路及过压保护电路的设计思路与方法。利用Multisim12.0建立模拟电路,进行图表化、数据化仿真测试与状态分析,直观形象地描述了红外发射器的工作特性。对比仿真结果与理论设计值,结果表明,红外发射电路的设计可实现宽压输入及过压保护功能,并输出频率、占空比值符合设计要求的稳定的红外脉冲信号。 In order to improve reliability and security of infrared emission devices in automatic machinery-tracked spraying water for reducing dust system and based on the national standards of mine intrinsically safe equipment, the design ideas and methods of 555 frequency modulation circuit, infrared emission drive circuit, wide voltage input circuit and overvoltage protection circuit are put forward. It describe the working characteristic of the infrared emitter vividly using Muhisim12.0 to establish artificial circuit and make graphic digital simulation testing and state analysis. To compare the simulation results and the theoretical design value, the result shows that the design of the infrared emission circuit which can realize wide voltage input and overvoltage protection functions, and it can output stable infrared pulse signal with the output frequency and duty ratio which are complied with the design requirements.
