摘要
以煤矿地面车载钻机天车架为研究对象,在钻机最大负载状况下,提出功能要求,并确定了天车架设计方案。采用三维建模软件建立天车架的模型,应用Abaqus软件对天车架进行了有限元分析,得到了其工作过程中的应力和应变分布规律。根据数值模拟结果对初始设计方案进行了相应结构的优化设计。样机的现场应用结果表明天车架设计很好地满足了煤矿地面车载钻机的功能要求,可靠性高。
Based on the drilling load for crown block of truck-mounted drilling rig, the functional requirements and the design of crown block has been put forward. The model of crown block is built by using the 3D modeling software. The prediction of stress distribution for the crown block has been carried out by employing the finite element simulation software Abaqus. The initial design plan of the structure is optimized, according to the numerical simulation results. The test results show that the prototype fully meet the design specifications.
