摘要
高速电主轴是现代高速数控机床的主要热源,对其传热机理进行分析是热误差模型建立的关键。介绍了高速电主轴单元的结构、热量来源,从电机、轴承、周围环境3个方面对传热机理进行了分析,最后采用模糊聚类分析和灰色关联分析相结合的方法对高速电主轴温度测点进行了优化,为热误差模型的精确建立提供理论依据。
High-speed electric spindle is the main heat source of the modem high-speed CNC machine, analysis of the heat transfer mechanism is crucial in establishing thermal error modeling. This paper describes the structure and the heat source of the high-speed spindle, analyzes the heat transfer mechanism from the motor, bearings, three aspects of surrounding , fuzzy clustering analysis with grey correlation analysis was used to optimize the temperature measuring points of the high-speed spindle, which provides theoretical basis for the precise building of thermal error model.
