摘要
在煤炭矿井中90%以上的瓦斯突出事故是由于打钻人员未按作业指导要求打钻所致,传统工作方式下,打钻完全依靠人工操作,人工计数,人工核查,存在很大管理漏洞和安全隐患,研究的矿用液压钻机远程监控系统,能够对钻机打钻过程的各种数据进行准确记录和实时上传。解决了瓦斯抽排管理难的问题,提高了煤矿生产安全性。
