摘要 在煤炭矿井中90%以上的瓦斯突出事故是由于打钻人员未按作业指导要求打钻所致,传统工作方式下,打钻完全依靠人工操作,人工计数,人工核查,存在很大管理漏洞和安全隐患,研究的矿用液压钻机远程监控系统,能够对钻机打钻过程的各种数据进行准确记录和实时上传。解决了瓦斯抽排管理难的问题,提高了煤矿生产安全性。 In the coal mines over 90% of the gas outburst accident was due to failure to guide the drilling personnel asked to play due to drilling, the traditional ways of working,drilling entirely on manual operation, manual counting,manual verification, there is a big loopholes in management and safety hazards, are studied mining hydraulic drilling rig remote monitoring system, capable of playing all kinds of rigs drilling process data for accurate recording and real-time upload. Gas Discharge manage to solve the difficult problem, which greatly improves the safety of coal production
