摘要
根据黏弹性理论及接触力学,对细长轴搓滚加工受力情况进行了分析,建立了受力模型,导出了轴内任一点应力计算公式,该应力由法向分布力引起的应力、切向分布力引起应力、法向集中力引起的应力、切向集中力引起的应力和均匀双轴拉应力5部分组成。搓滚加工压力、推力对轴的应力均有影响。根据应力计算公式可判断轴的某点是否发生塑形变形,轴的组织和性能情况;还可对搓滚加工压力及推力进行预估,用于指导生产。最后以一个实例的方式验证了公式的可行性。
According to the viscoelastic theory and contact mechanics, the scrubbing and rolling force of slender shaft was analyzed, a force model was established, and the stress calculation formula was deduced. The stess contains stess caused by vertical distributed load, stess caused by tangential distributed load, stess caused by vertical concentrated force and stess caused by tangential concentrated force, effected by the scrubbing and rolling pressure and thrust. Besed on the stress calculation formula, a certain point placed plastic deformation or not and the tructure and perfermance of shaft can be judged, and the pressure and thrust can be computed to guide the process. At last vevified the feasibility of the stress calculation formula through an example.
