摘要
主要介绍了单轨吊机车紧急制动系统中离心释放器的结构和工作原理,并运用多学科建模仿真软件AMESim建立了它的动力学模型,仿真分析了单轨吊机车坡道跑车时,离心释放器的不同初始角位移对滑动轴伸出位移的影响。根据仿真结果,对离心释放器的结构进行了改进,并指出了制动开关的合理安装区域。
Mainly introduces the structure and working principle of centrifugal releaser used in emergency braking system of Monorail. AMESim was used to build its dynamic simulation model, at the same time, the effect of the centrifugal releaser initial angular displacement to the displacement of sliding shaft was analyzed, while the monorail slided down on the slope. Based on the result, the centrifugal releaser was improved, and the Position of the switch was designated.
