摘要
针对煤矿主井或副井在换绳过程中,提出了以变频器为控制核心,基于以太网及Modbus通讯的自动化控制技术改造方案。系统将速度、频率、电压、电流、高度等参数融为一体,根据提升机速度、钢丝绳速度变化情况,确定最优控制策略,实现换绳过程中的自动控制以及远程监控。
Presents a modification scheme about automatic controlling techniques,whichconsiders the transducer as control core, and based on the Ethernet and Modbus during the rope changing process of coal mine main shaft or auxiliary shaft. In the system,parameters such as speed,frequency,voltage, current,height and the |ike are integrated,an optimal control strategy is determined according to the changes on hoist speed and rope speed,automatic controlling and remote monitoring during rope changing process is implemented.
