摘要
矿山井下自动风门往往需要兼顾人员与矿车通过,运行情况比较复杂。现有的自动风门控制系统对人员和矿车不加区分,采取相同的简单控制方式,不能满足多变的运行要求,适应性较差。针对这种情况,利用多个微波传感器检测的信号,对风门区域的人车通行进行状态评估与分类处理,采用状态机视图描述控制系统的静态结构和动态行为,提高了风门控制的可靠性。
The states of traffic is complicated for mine airlocks system when people and mine car pass through tunnel, and that state is more complicated when the people walk at will. The state of people and mine car are treated as the one case by most automatic system and system control operation is same and simple. That operation cannot meet the requirements of different people traffic, so its adaptability is not good enough. The paper designs a automatic airlocks system and proposes a new waysoftware design with ladder.
